As a notary and legal advisor, the core of my work involves advising entrepreneurs, businesses, and family-owned companies within my area of expertise: corporate law.

I gained my experience at an international multidisciplinary law and tax advisory firm in Amsterdam and at a notary office in Utrecht with an extensive practice in (national and international) corporate law. In addition, I completed the postgraduate specialization program in Corporate and Business Law at the Grotius Academy.

I started my own notary office in 2010. My clients include both national and international companies and entrepreneurs, startups, trust offices, and private equity firms.
In addition to my main practice, I serve as a deputy notarial member of the Chamber of Notaries in the Arnhem-Leeuwarden district and as an advisor to the NGFB (the Dutch Guild of Family Business Specialists).
