Real estate specialist

My vision on legal services is that I am not there to create problems, but to solve them in consultation with the client. This is reflected in my way of working: I am a critical team player with an eye for the practical side of a legal problem.
I have been working in the notarial profession since 1996. During that period, I worked as a candidate civil-law notary at Hermans & Schuttevaer, CMS Derks Star Busmann, and Van Benthem & Keulen. Since 2016, I have been an independent real estate lawyer and have joined Everest Notariaat as an advisor.

My expertise lies in all aspects of commercial real estate: purchase and sale processes, apartment divisions, project development, financing, and advising on leasehold and superficies.

As a specialist, I have completed the postgraduate specialization course in Real Estate Law at the Grotius Academy and am chairman of the Association of Real Estate Lawyers.
