This law enables the online incorporation of a private limited liability company, with founders not having to physically report to the notary. The implementation was delayed again when the Parliamentary Committee of Justice and Security decided that the bill should first be dealt with in plenary discussion.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_1_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_2  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et-last-child et_block_column\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_2  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Current state of play<\/span><\/strong><br \/>The Lower House passed the bill on digital incorporation of private limited liability companies on June 1<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the bill is under consideration by the Senate Committee on Justice and Security. Members of the committee have until June 20<sup>th<\/sup> to make it known that they wish a written preparation. If no use is made of this, the committee will issue a blank final report, meaning it has no comments or questions on the bill.<\/p>\n<p>The bill will then be passed by the Senate on June 27<sup>th<\/sup>, after which it is expected that the law can be introduced on January 1<sup>st<\/sup> 2024.<\/p>\n<p>From the time of implementation, notaries can use a platform that will enable digital passing.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 1st, the Lower House adopted the bill on digital incorporation of private limited liability companies (DOBV).
