Obligation to report cross-border constructions
On December 17th, 2019, the Senate adopted the bill for the implementation of the EU directive for reporting cross-border constructions. The new law follows a series of previously taken measures by the Tax Authorities to improve fiscal transparency.
Implementation of UBO register postponed
The intention was to have the UBO register enter into force on January 10th, 2020. The bill is still being considered by the Senate and will be processed further on January 28th. The government wants the UBO register to start in spring of 2020.
